Coorg Pre-University College, under the able leadership of the Principal, Dr. M. Ramachandran, celebrated National Chartered Accountants Day on July 1, 2025, with great enthusiasm and academic spirit.
The significance of the day was eloquently highlighted by Accamma J.J., Head of the Department of Commerce, who emphasized the invaluable contributions that Chartered Accountants make across diverse sectors of the economy.
As part of the celebration, a special session was conducted by the college alumnus, Vivek Ganapathy, who is currently in the final phase of his Chartered Accountancy course. He gave an insightful briefing on the different levels of CA examinations and shared his personal experiences and preparation strategies.
Additionally, Dr. M. Ramachandran addressed the students with an informative talk on career and higher education opportunities available to Commerce students after completing their 12th standard.
The session proved to be highly beneficial, offering a clear roadmap and motivating guidance to aspiring Chartered Accountants among the students.
