Prominent members of the Koyava community from Kodagu district met Ajjikuttira S. Ponnanna, Legal Advisor to the Chief Minister and MLA of Virajpet constituency, and submitted a memorandum regarding various developmental works for the Koyava community.
Under the leadership of District Congress President Dharmaja Uthappa and Kodagu District President for Backward Classes, Baananda Prithyu, the Koyava Community President J.C. Madappa, Secretary T.G. Kariappa, and directors M.G. Mahesh, M. Poonacha, and K.N. Subbaiah were present.
After receiving the memorandum, the MLA assured that all the demands would be reviewed and addressed appropriately as needed.
