DV Sadananda Gowda, (DVS) Ex. Chief Minister and seniour BJP Leader addressing the media at Basavanahalli in Kushalnagar recently stated that present state led Congress Government which is celebrating the second anniversary is an insult to the people of Karnataka since there was huge damage due to rains in Bengaluru.
Speaking further he alleged that the state government is looting people. Bengaluru alone contributes 67 percent of the revenue to the state. However, no sufficient funds are utilised for the development of Bengaluru by the state. The earlier BJP government used funds every year. I have not seen such a corrupt government in the last 75 years”, he noted. He also stated that
along with the name of the CM and Deputy CM even the name of the Home Minister too was added to the list of those involved in scams and it seems that Home Minister has become involved due to the company of wrong persons and this present state government is a scam government. DVS further stated that as we all know that the Enforcement Directorate(ED) is an autonomous organisation and is working on its own and the allegations against ED are baseless.
