Summer Camp Enhances Children’s Development: Rangadamappa

Rangadamappa, Deputy Director of the School Education Department, inaugurated the 2025-26 free summer camp at Government Boys’ Day Care Center, supported by various departments.

He noted that camps foster children’s intellectual and recreational growth, encouraging creativity in fields like dance, art, music, and drama. Deputy Director of Women and Child Development Thippanna Sirasagi urged more participation from children aged 5-16 and highlighted the support of teachers.

Kannada Culture Department’s Kumar emphasized preserving Kannada language among youth. CDPO Seethalakshmi introduced the event, while Disabled Welfare Officer Vimala welcomed guests. Teachers, training staff, and department officials were also present.
