MRI scanning centre to be operational in Madikeri within 45 days

Speaking to reporters in Madikeri recently the State Medical Education Minister Dr. Sharan Prakash Patila said that as a result of the efforts of MLA Dr. Manthar Gowda, the District Government Hospital in Madikeri is about to start a new MRI scanning system and this service will be available to people in 45 days. He also informed that a heart examination centre will be started with private partnership.  

The government is committed to provide proper medical facilities to the patients in Kodagu district.
