B S Krishna shines
8th edition of N R Golf Open Championship was recently held at Mercara Downs Golf Club, (MDGC) Around 84 golfers participated in this premier event in the calendar of MDGC.
B S Krishna won the coveted open stroke play event with a gross score of 78. K A Ponnappa was declared the runner up with a gross score of 79.

Prize distribution ceremony was held at the club house of MDGC. Chief Guest of the event S Murali was present on the dais along with Harish Appanna, Hon. Secretary of MDGC and Tournament Committee Chairman K P Ranjith. Harish Appanna welcomed the gathering. S Murali spoke on the occasion. K P Ranjith announced the names of the winners. S Murali and Harish Appanna gave away the prizes.
