In the last day to withdraw the nomination papers of the candidates who have submitted their candidature for contesting in the Mysore Kodagu Lok Sabha constituency election, six candidates have withdrawn their nomination papers and finally 18 candidates are contesting for MP post. Independent candidates R. Mahesh, S. Doreswamy Nayaka, Rajanna, Shivananjaya, Srinivas Bogadi and Sanna Nayaka have withdrawn their nomination papers.Â
