Date:

Comments:

Coorg was once larger than it is today. Sullia, also known as Amar Sullia, was once part of Coorg. In 1834, the British East India Company, also referred to as the Levantine Company – separated Sullia from Coorg for administrative convenience. Today, the Coorg border ends at Sampaje.
