The Kodava National Council (CNC) expressed deep sorrow over the passing of senior journalist KB Ganapathy, Editor of Star of Mysore and Mysore Mitra. CNC President N.U. Nachappa recalled Ganapathy’s role in founding the “Kodagu Indigenous Rights Protection Committee” in the 1980s and his consistent support for Kodava self-determination.
The CNC prayed for his soul to rest in peace and extended condolences to his family.
