I was born on 12.4.1965, I am the first daughter of Bachura Somanna ayappa,Mother Bachura Janaki Somanna. I have 3 younger brothers and 2 younger sisters. One of the brothers is a martiar while on duty in Jammu Kashmir in 2002. Another one is an army veteran living a retired life.
I started working on 18/6/1988 in a small village called Gavarle in Somwarpet.  It was a village with no proper arrangements. In 12 years time i got married to Gowdanda Subedhar Major Thimmaiah Thammaiah on 9/6/199 (During the Kargil War) in Madikeri Kodava Samaja.

Later on September 11th 2001 the day pentagon was bombed, I gave birth to my first daughter Kruthika Thimmiah. When she was about 2 years old I was transferred  from Garwale to Kodlipete in June 2003. My second daughter Lakshita Thimmiah was born  on November 8th  2003.
The Government had recognised my work in PHC Kodlipete from 2003 to 2010 and awarded the Rajyotsava  award. Later on In 2010 i completed a 6 months training for a Job in Mangalore’s wellock  training center for the post of Senior Primary Health and Safety Officer.from 2010 to 2021  I was transferred from Kodlipete to the Social welfare Department in Molambi Haadi. In these 11 years I have worked in different girijana Villages, During the times of Corona I have worked hard to make sure that no one in the village was infected  with the help of my Husband.
Later on I got my promotion and from 2021 to April 30th 2025 I have worked as Senior Women’s Health Care officer in Taluk Health Officer;s office Madikeri and As a District Nursing Officer(DNO) at the district health and family welfare office in Madikeri.
On 30th April 2025 I will retire.
